In this position, you will collaborate closely with a designated portfolio of new clients to assist them in launching their initial online advertising campaigns, aiming to significantly impact their business outcomes. Operating within a target-oriented setting, you will pursue individual goals while contributing to a cohesive onboarding team.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the setup and optimization of PPC campaigns.
  • Identify and grasp customer requirements and objectives effectively.
  • Drive increased ad spend, upsell opportunities, and campaign sustainability.
  • Manage a substantial volume of potential clients via daily phone interactions.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is advantageous).
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
  • Strong motivation to achieve or surpass productivity, readiness, sustainability, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for phone pitches and compelling proposal writing.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to structure and prioritize tasks.
  • Solid analytical capabilities.
  • Customer-focused with a strong interest in client engagement and achieving business objectives.
  • Team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Native proficiency in Dutch.
  • Proficient in English.

Benefits:

  • Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
  • Salary: 23,876  EUR gross/year + up to 3,408 EUR gross/year in bonuses.
