Relocation Package:

Language Requirements:
- Italian: C2 Level (Fluent)
- English: C1 Level (Intermediate)
Salary:
- Base Salary: 1,100 EUR Monthly (paid over 14 months)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 150 EUR monthly based on performance
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Sunday, 09:00 AM - 9:00 PM (shifts within these hours)
- 40 hours/week
About the Role:
Join our team as an Italian Customer Service Specialist supporting a leading mobile operator. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide troubleshooting support, and offer exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with mobile services
- Provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in Italian (C2 level)
- B2 proficiency in English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy
