Multilingual Customer Care Coordinator (Ghent, Belgium)

You'll be the key communicator, bridging the gap between customers, drivers, and dealerships to get them back on the road quickly.

Here's what you'll be doing:

• Be the champion for customers - listen to their needs and ensure a smooth breakdown resolution process.
• Act as the communication hub - liaise between customers, drivers, and dealerships in their native languages (Czech, Polish, Lithuanian, German).
• Utilize our systems - efficiently manage breakdown cases and keep all parties informed.
