Your Responsibilities: What You'll Do

As a key member of the Customer Operations Team, you will:

  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care via phone and email.
  • Process claims accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Maintain high standards of service and build lasting customer relationships.

What You Bring

We are looking for individuals with the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience: Preferably 6+ months in customer support or sales.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in managing voice and email communication channels.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PDEADS (preferred but not required).
  • Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (training provided in English).

  • Training Allowance: 92.80 EUR per week during the 12-day training program (8 hours/day).
  • Salary Options:
    • 1,240.66 EUR /month: Includes base salary, holiday and Christmas bonuses, and food allowance.
    • 1,040.66 EUR /month: Includes base salary, holiday and Christmas bonuses, food allowance, and room allowance.

Relocation Assistance

Work Schedule

  • Time Off: Two days off per week, determined by the shift manager. Shifts are communicated 4 weeks in advance.
