We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you'll be the front line of support for users of our cutting-edge GPS navigation tool and streaming platform. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a real impact on the user experience.
What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries and issues
- Identify and document bugs and other technical problems
- Stay up-to-date on client policies and guidelines
- Analyze data and trends to improve the customer experience
What You'll Need:
- 12+ months of customer support experience in a contact center environment (preferred)
- Knowledge of BPO KPIs, including C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in French and English
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
