We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you'll be the front line of support for users of our cutting-edge GPS navigation tool and streaming platform. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a real impact on the user experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries and issues
  • Identify and document bugs and other technical problems
  • Stay up-to-date on client policies and guidelines
  • Analyze data and trends to improve the customer experience

What You'll Need:

  • 12+ months of customer support experience in a contact center environment (preferred)
  • Knowledge of BPO KPIs, including C-SAT, NPS, and SLAs
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
