What You Will Be Doing:
- Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to customers, ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
- Problem Resolution: Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving product inquiries and issues.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our kitchen appliances and services to provide accurate information.
- Multilingual Support: Assist Dutch-speaking customers while communicating in English for internal operations.
What We're Looking For:
- Languages: Fluency in Dutch and English (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Experience: Prior customer support or call center experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Customer Focus: A passion for helping people and delivering high-quality customer service.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using technology to assist customers and resolve their concerns efficiently.
- Positive Attitude: Strong communication skills, an eagerness to learn, and a solutions-oriented approach.
Relocation Package (For Candidates Relocating to Athens):
- Flight: A flight to Athens will be provided.
- Airport Pickup: A taxi will be arranged to pick you up from the airport.
- Accommodation: Airbnb for 4 weeks to help you settle in.
- Hiring Assistance: Support to complete any required paperwork and documentation for your employment.
