Your Daily Responsibilities: As a representative of our brand, your main responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service via inbound calls, live chat, email, and social media platforms.
Key Communication Role: Our Customer Care department serves as the primary point of contact for customer interactions. As a Customer Support Assistant, you'll be crucial in managing communications and promptly resolving inquiries and issues.

Customer Service Focus: 90-95% email & chat support, 5-10% inbound phone calls
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in spoken and written German
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written
- Exceptional communication skills
- Interest in sports
- Prior experience in a customer service environment is advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with good typing and computer skills
- Organizational, decision-making, and analytical abilities
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
What We Offer:
- Full-time position with flexible shifts from 10 AM to 2 AM, Monday to Sunday
- Salary of 3100 BGN gross monthly
- Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary
- Bonus for important life events (marriage, birth or adoption of a child, university graduation) for the amount of 500 BGN
