Your Daily Responsibilities: As a representative of our brand, your main responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service via inbound calls, live chat, email, and social media platforms.

Key Communication Role: Our Customer Care department serves as the primary point of contact for customer interactions. As a Customer Support Assistant, you'll be crucial in managing communications and promptly resolving inquiries and issues.

Customer Service Focus: 90-95% email & chat support, 5-10% inbound phone calls

Key Requirements:

  • Proficiency in spoken and written German
  • Strong command of English, both spoken and written
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Interest in sports
  • Prior experience in a customer service environment is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications with good typing and computer skills
  • Organizational, decision-making, and analytical abilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent

What We Offer:

  • Full-time position with flexible shifts from 10 AM to 2 AM, Monday to Sunday
  • Salary of 3100 BGN gross monthly
  • Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net paid in addition to the base salary
  • Bonus for important life events (marriage, birth or adoption of a child, university graduation) for the amount of 500 BGN
    Additional perks include taxi vouchers for late shifts and extra pay per hour after 10 PM
