Your Role: What You'll Do

As part of the Operations Customer Team, you will:

  • Provide high-quality support through voice and email channels.
  • Manage claims efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage sales skills to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional service, fostering strong customer relationships.

What Were Looking For

We value skills and attitude over experience, but having these qualifications is a plus:

  • Experience: 6+ months in customer service and/or sales.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in managing both voice and email communication.
  • Tools: Knowledge of PDEADS (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Language: Fluency in Spanish and English (training provided in English).

  • Training Compensation: 92.80 EUR per week during a 12-day training program (8 hours/day).
  • Salary Options:
    • 1,240.66 EUR /month: Includes base salary, holiday bonuses, Christmas bonus, and food allowance.
    • 1,040.66 EUR /month: Includes base salary, holiday bonuses, Christmas bonus, food allowance, and room allowance.

Schedule

  • Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day with a 1-hour lunch break).
  • Days: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • Days Off: Two days off weekly, determined by the shift manager. Shifts communicated 4 weeks in advance.
