Your Role: What You'll Do
As part of the Operations Customer Team, you will:
- Provide high-quality support through voice and email channels.
- Manage claims efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Leverage sales skills to identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Deliver exceptional service, fostering strong customer relationships.
What Were Looking For
We value skills and attitude over experience, but having these qualifications is a plus:
- Experience: 6+ months in customer service and/or sales.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in managing both voice and email communication.
- Tools: Knowledge of PDEADS (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Language: Fluency in Spanish and English (training provided in English).

Compensation & Benefits
- Training Compensation: 92.80 EUR per week during a 12-day training program (8 hours/day).
- Salary Options:
- 1,240.66 EUR /month: Includes base salary, holiday bonuses, Christmas bonus, and food allowance.
- 1,040.66 EUR /month: Includes base salary, holiday bonuses, Christmas bonus, food allowance, and room allowance.

Relocation Support

Schedule
- Hours: 40 hours/week (8 hours/day with a 1-hour lunch break).
- Days: Monday to Friday, rotational shifts between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Days Off: Two days off weekly, determined by the shift manager. Shifts communicated 4 weeks in advance.
