Salary: 1,000 EUR/month (paid 14 times annually)
Performance Bonus: Up to 10% monthly based on your achievements
Project bonus: up to 6% of total revenue generated by the agent
- Meal Allowance:
First year: 3 per working day
After 12 months: 6 per working day
Fully paid training: Schedule Monday to Friday (12 days in English) + Academy (Nesting) is 3 weeks
Training hours 9.00 to 17.00

Your Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, youll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding support and building trust with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling Customer Interactions:
Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and efficiency.
Actively listen to understand and address customer needs.
- Problem Solving:
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
Adapt to different customer personalities and scenarios with ease.
- Maintaining Records:
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and account updates.
Follow communication procedures and company guidelines.
