Your Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, youll play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding support and building trust with our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling Customer Interactions:
    • Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and efficiency.

    • Actively listen to understand and address customer needs.

  • Problem Solving:
    • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.

    • Adapt to different customer personalities and scenarios with ease.

  • Maintaining Records:
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and account updates.

    • Follow communication procedures and company guidelines.

    • Strive to meet personal and team targets in a fast-paced environment.
