Location: Athens, Greece
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
(3 shifts available: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM / 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM / 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Working Model: Hybrid (requires minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, Cold Calling, and Upselling)

Base Gross Salary: 1760 EUR x 14 (Annual salary: 24,640 EUR)
Performance Bonus: Up to 20%, paid quarterly

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Success Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  2. Sales and Upselling:

    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services
    • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and expand customer base
    • Conduct cold calls to potential customers to create new opportunities
  3. Problem Solving and Solution Implementation:

    • Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of any issues
  4. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare reports on account status, sales targets, and activities
    • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions and data effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience in cold calling and upselling techniques
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in German and English (both written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field is a plus
