Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Customer Expert, you will:
- Provide top-tier telephone, email, and chat support for customers regarding insulin pumps and accessories.
- Offer detailed information about our products and services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers in connecting insulin pumps to smartphone apps, troubleshooting issues when needed.
- Resolve inquiries with empathy and customer-centric solutions, prioritizing medical emergency support.
- Help customers effectively manage and utilize insulin pumps, ensuring their seamless experience.
- Document customer interactions in the SAP CRM system, ensuring accurate and thorough records.
- Collaborate with 2nd Level Support and other departments to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
- Manage complaints, handle returns, and maintain customer satisfaction according to company policies.
- Proactively contact customers to gather feedback and enhance their experience.
What Were Looking For
We value candidates who combine technical know-how with a strong customer-focused mindset. Youll thrive in this role if you have:
- Native-level Dutch proficiency (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Stress-resistance skills to handle sensitive medical situations with professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., SAP) and office tools like MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A natural ability to build rapport through friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication.
- A team player mindset and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
Compensation & Benefits
Training Program:
- 92.80 EUR/week, 20 working days, 8 hours per day (total: 854.40 EUR).
- Comprehensive training delivered in English.
Salary & Benefits:
- Base salary of 1,409 EUR/month, inclusive of Christmas and Holiday bonuses and a food allowance.

Work Schedule & Location
- Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, rotational shifts from 08:30 to 23:00.
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
