We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Bilingual Travel Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our travel portal, providing world-class support to our German-speaking customers.
About the Role
As a Bilingual Travel Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service:
- Answering customer inquiries via phone in German, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions.
- Assisting customers with booking accommodations on our user-friendly platform.
- Identifying and resolving customer concerns proactively.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction:
- Building strong relationships with customers through personalized and empathetic communication.
- Exceeding customer expectations at every interaction.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving:
- Effectively diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to bookings and platform usage.
- Identifying and escalating complex issues to relevant departments.
- Maintaining accurate records:
- Documenting all customer interactions and resolving actions in our CRM system.
- Continuous improvement:
- Actively seeking opportunities to enhance customer service processes and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Fluency in German: Native or near-native fluency in German is essential.
- Excellent English Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level required).
- Education: High school diploma; a university degree is a plus.
- Customer Service Expertise: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and effectively troubleshoot customer issues.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with online platforms and technology.
