Content Moderator (Spanish + English) - Lisbon (onsite)

Start Dates: 18th September 2025 & 2nd October 2025

We are looking for Spanish and English-speaking Content Moderators to join a global project in the digital content sector. This role involves ensuring that online platforms remain safe and appropriate for all users.

Responsibilities:

- Review and moderate user-generated content according to established guidelines.

- Identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content.

- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working with a high volume of content.

- Ensure compliance with community standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflow.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Spanish and upper-intermediate English (both spoken and written).

- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.

- Possession of a valid residence permit for Portugal or an EU passport is mandatory.

- Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday to Sunday, 2 rotating days off).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

- Previous experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus but not required.

Shift Pattern: 24/7 rotation with 2 rotating days off per week.

No relocation package provided for this role.
