About the Role:
We are looking for motivated professionals to join our team in Lisbon as Content Moderators or Customer Care Representatives. In this role, you will ensure high-quality content management and provide outstanding support to our users. You will be part of a dynamic team working in a multilingual, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Review and moderate online content according to company guidelines.

Ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.

Respond to customer inquiries through various channels (email, chat, social media).

Document and report content or user issues clearly.

Collaborate with team members and escalate complex cases as needed.
Requirements:

Fluent in German/French/Italian/Romanian/Danish/Spanish and B2-C1 English (spoken and written)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Detail-oriented with the ability to make sound judgments.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Previous experience in content moderation, customer care, or digital platforms is a plus but not required
High school completion diploma
Valid paperwork allowing employment in Portugal
