We are looking for a Portuguese speakers to join our client as Customer Support Agents in an international customer service team supporting a major global e-commerce platform in the travel and lifestyle sector. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist with order management, deliveries, returns, and general inquiries
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Record all interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Deliver high-quality service in line with company standards

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory)
  • Good communication skills in English (B2, written and spoken)
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Strong attention to detail and customer focus
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule
  • Residence in Lisbon or its vicinity and ability to work onsite 
  • EU ID or a valid residence permit for Portugal

Offer:

  • Base salary (14 times)
  • Performance bonus paid monthly
  • Monthly language allowance
  • Meal allowance: €7 net per working day, net, via meal card (approx. € 154/month)
  • Rotational shift schedule aligned with international operations
