We are looking for a Portuguese speakers to join our client as Customer Support Agents in an international customer service team supporting a major global e-commerce platform in the travel and lifestyle sector. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with order management, deliveries, returns, and general inquiries
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues
- Record all interactions accurately in internal systems
- Deliver high-quality service in line with company standards
Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English (B2, written and spoken)
- High school diploma or higher
- Strong attention to detail and customer focus
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule
- Residence in Lisbon or its vicinity and ability to work onsite
- EU ID or a valid residence permit for Portugal
Offer:
- Base salary (14 times)
- Performance bonus paid monthly
- Monthly language allowance
- Meal allowance: €7 net per working day, net, via meal card (approx. € 154/month)
- Rotational shift schedule aligned with international operations
