Duties:

Be the voice of support for customers and partners via phone and email (Polish & English).

Assist drivers and transport/logistics companies with questions about services, accounts, and road usage.

Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Support revenue and account processes, including professional communication on outstanding balances.

Identify opportunities to promote services when relevant.

Contribute to team performance and service excellence.

Schedule

40 hours/week (8h shifts + lunch break)

Rotational schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
What Were Looking For

Fluent Polish (C2 and higher) in speaking and writing

Good English (B2+)

Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills

Comfortable in a fast-paced, problem-solving role

Availability for rotational shifts

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
