As an Operations Customer Expert, you will support English-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email, helping them manage their accounts, resolve issues, and ensure secure and seamless experiences.   • Shifts: Rotational, 24/7 operations (night, weekend, and holiday shifts may apply)

  • Schedule: 40 hours/week (8h/day + 1h lunch)

  • Contract type: 12-month renewable contract with the possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years

  • Holiday entitlement: 22 working days per year, plus Portuguese public holidays (compensated if worked)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution

  • Own and resolve customer issues end-to-end, from general inquiries to complex banking problems

  • Investigate and support fraud prevention, disputes, and chargebacks with fairness and precision

  • Handle sensitive cases, including identifying and supporting vulnerable customers

  • Contribute to team learning by coaching peers and providing constructive feedback

  • Stay agile and flexible as priorities shift in a dynamic banking environment

Who Were Looking For

You are a confident communicator with a deep sense of responsibility and empathy. You're ready to go the extra mile to deliver meaningful solutions, even when the answer isn't obvious.

Minimum Requirements

  • C1/C2 level of English (spoken and written)

  • Minimum 12 months of experience in Customer Service or Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance

  • Experience must be based in Ireland (for both Irish and non-Irish citizens)
