Shifts: Rotational, 24/7 operations (night, weekend, and holiday shifts may apply)

Schedule: 40 hours/week (8h/day + 1h lunch)

Contract type: 12-month renewable contract with the possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years

Holiday entitlement: 22 working days per year, plus Portuguese public holidays (compensated if worked)
Key Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution

Own and resolve customer issues end-to-end, from general inquiries to complex banking problems

Investigate and support fraud prevention, disputes, and chargebacks with fairness and precision

Handle sensitive cases, including identifying and supporting vulnerable customers

Contribute to team learning by coaching peers and providing constructive feedback

Stay agile and flexible as priorities shift in a dynamic banking environment

Minimum Requirements

C1/C2 level of English (spoken and written)

Minimum 12 months of experience in Customer Service or Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance

Experience must be based in Ireland (for both Irish and non-Irish citizens)
