We are hiring Polish-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join a multicultural BPO team in Athens. You will deliver outstanding customer support, handle inquiries, and provide solutions to ensure the best service experience. This role is ideal for Polish speakers seeking international opportunities in Greece.

Be part of a financial services support team, helping Polish-speaking customers with money transfer services, account assistance, and transaction-related inquiries. This project requires accuracy, compliance awareness, and strong problem-solving skills to ensure customer trust and security.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support in Polish via phone, email, or chat
  • Assist with money transfer services, account access, and transaction-related inquiries
  • Guide customers through security verification and compliance steps
  • Investigate and resolve payment or transfer issues
  • Accurately log and escalate cases when necessary
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with financial regulations
  • Deliver service that builds trust and confidence in the financial process
Requirements:
  • Polish: C2 level and higher
  • English: B2 level
  • Strong computer literacy and multitasking ability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school graduation diploma
  • Valid paperwork allowing employment in Greece

Work From Home (WAH) Policy

  • Employees must be based in Athens
  • One week per month: mandatory office presence
  • Rest of the month: Work from Home available

Package Details

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: EUR 1,045/month paid 14 times
  • Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to EUR 150
  • Extra payment for working late hours, public holidays and Sundays
