Are you already living in Greece and fluent in Czech and English? Join our international client's support team as a Customer Support Advisor for a leading online booking platform. You will assist users with booking inquiries and deliver top-tier customer care all from the comfort of your home in Greece.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries in Czech and English via phone, email, and chat

  • Guide customers through bookings, changes, and cancellations

  • Ensure top customer satisfaction by offering accurate, friendly support

What You Need:

  • Native-level Czech and good English (B2+)

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • EU citizenship or valid Greek residence card with full access to the labor market

  • Stable internet connection for remote work
