Job Description:
As a Czech-speaking Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and candidates. You will be the first point of contact for our Czech-speaking clients and will assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have. You will also provide support to our recruitment team by assisting with administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and sending out job offers
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies
- Provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction and overall customer experience
- Meet and exceed performance targets and goals
Requirements:
- Fluent in Czech and English (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- EU ID or a valid residence card in Greece with full market access
