Remote Travel Consultant (Danish Speaker)- Estonia

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant for a remote role based in Tallinn. You will support travelers with their journeys and ensure they enjoy seamless experiences from booking to destination.

Start Date: 17 November 2025
Location: Tallinn, Estonia (Remote)
Work Schedule: 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day in rotational shift schedules to be set in the following hours: Mon-Fri 09:00-20:00; Sat-Sun 10:00-19:00, requiring coverage 365 days/year. 

Requirements:

• C2 and higher level Danish (written & spoken) plus B2 English (written and spoken)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer care orientation
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Right to work and live in Estonia (valid EU paperwork or permit required)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to Danish-speaking customers travel-related queries
• Assist with booking flights, hotels, and additional services
• Provide after-sales support, including changes and refunds
• Manage travel disruptions and communicate alternative solutions
• Maintain accurate records in the system
• Uphold company standards for service excellence
