Customer Support Representative Slovak & English

Cross Border Talents is looking for Slovak speakers to work on a project dedicated to a leading tobacco and vaping company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Start Date: 12 May 2025

Work Type: On-site
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m.), Sunday (10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in Slovak and English.
• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and product-related questions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Work in a team-oriented environment to enhance the overall service quality.

Requirements:

- Fluent/native Slovak (spoken and written)

- English at B2 and higher, both written and spoken

- Availability and willingness to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria

- EU member state or a valid residence card for Bulgaria

- Previous customer experience is a plus, but not a must
