Cross Border Talents is looking for Slovak speakers to work on a project dedicated to a leading tobacco and vaping company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. Whether you are already in Sofia, any other different city in Bulgaria (and willing to move to Sofia) or abroad, we encourage you to apply and the hiring company will provide you with the relocation assistance to assist in your move!
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Start Date: 12 May 2025

Work Type: On-site
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m.), Sunday (10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in Slovak and English.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and product-related questions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Work in a team-oriented environment to enhance the overall service quality.
Requirements:
- Fluent/native Slovak (spoken and written)
- English at B2 and higher, both written and spoken
- Availability and willingness to work onsite in Sofia, Bulgaria
- EU member state or a valid residence card for Bulgaria
- Previous customer experience is a plus, but not a must

Package Details
What is Offered:
- Salary of BGN 3700 per month, gross (approx. EUR 1892)
- Monthly transportation/internet allowance of 50 BGN net.

️ Relocation Package:
