About the job Croatian & EN Customer Care-Accommodation Project (Relocation to Greece)
Start Date: 8 May 2025 or 15/22 May (flexible)
Location: onsite in Athens, Greece
Languages: Croatian (C1) + English (B2+)
Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00-18:30 or 11:00-19:30; occasional weekends
Support guests and hosts for a global accommodation platform. Assist users with reservations, account queries, and booking-related support in Croatian and English.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written Croatian with upper-intermediate English, spoken and written

Must reside in Greece or relocate prior to the start date

Relocation Support
Relocation support is available for candidates moving to Greece from abroad. Here's what you can expect:
1.Arrival Requirement: All relocating candidates must arrive in Athens at least 7 days prior to the start date to complete hiring documentation.
2. Initial Accommodation: The company provides up to 3 weeks of hotel accommodation near the office.
3. Relocation Bonus: A relocation allowance of up to €300 is provided with the first salary payment to help cover initial travel expenses.
4. On-site Work Requirement: New hires from abroad are expected to work on-site for at least 3 months, unless they already have a residence in Greece and a verified internet connection.
5. Legal Assistance: Support is offered for handling employment-related paperwork. Candidates are responsible for gathering and submitting the required documents themselves.
