Role and Responsibilities:

As an Operations Customer Expert I, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer support for the Spanish market.
  • Handle customer service tasks, manage claims, and perform cross-selling.
  • Communicate effectively via voice and email, ensuring top-tier service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service and sales (preferred).
  • Strong ability to manage communication through voice and email efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Spanish (essential) a near-native or native level with B2 English
  • Ability to work with new software programs and adapt to technology.
  • A valid residence card for Portugal OR a EU member state passport (a MUST)

Working Hours:

  • Full-time role: 40 hours per week (8 hours a day, plus 1 hour lunch break).
  • Shifts are rotational, from Monday to Friday, between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.

Training:

  • Intensive 12-day training to equip you with all the knowledge needed for success.
  • Training is conducted in English, with daily working hours of 8 hours.
  • Completion of training is required with at least 85% accuracy on the final test.

Trial Period:

  • 1-month trial period after the contract signing. Performance during this period will impact the final decision for continued employment.

Location:

  • Your workplace is located in Lisbon, Portugal, with convenient access to public transport.
