About the job Remote German-Speaking Customer Service Representative (from Portugal)
Start Date: November 18, 2024 and December 9, 2024 (remote from Portugal)
Our client is offering a remote customer service role with a prestigious cruise line, providing support in German to their customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, with previous experience in contact centers or sales, ideally in tourism or travel-related industries.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process bookings and sales, assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Maintain a keen attention to detail, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Shift Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00h - 18:00h
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00h - 17:00h
- Occasionally, availability until 19:00h
- Two rotating days off per week.
Requirements:
- Fluent German (C2 and higher)
- Previous customer service experience (contact center or similar).
- Digital literacy and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German.
- Multitasking ability and high attention to detail.
- EU member state passport/valid residence permit for Portugal/certificate of temporary protection for refugees (a MUST)
Package Details
Salary & Benefits:
- EUR 1,100/month (14-month payment structure)
- Sales bonus potential up to EUR 120.00
- Full remote work, including initial paid training period
