Join our client's team as a Retention/Sales Specialist, where you will be responsible for managing and retaining our Romanian-speaking customers. This role involves working in a dynamic BPO environment, focusing on building strong relationships with clients through both outbound calls and social media interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through outbound calls and social media platforms to provide exceptional service.
- Retain existing customers by understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
- Achieve performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Handle and resolve client inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and support business growth.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Training: paid 3 weeks of intensive training followed by 1 week of nesting.
Requirements:
- Language proficiency in Romanian (C1 level or higher) and English (B2 level or higher).
- Previous experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment, with a strong emphasis on both soft and sales skills.
- Proven ability to handle customer retention and sales tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
