Language Requirements: French (C2 and higher) + English (B2). The indicated levels of proficiency should be both for speaking and for writing.

Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts (8:00-19:00), with every second Saturday as a working day.

As a Customer Service Specialist with Fluent French and English B2, you will be the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to pharmaceutical products via telephone, email, and chat. Youll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between customers' healthcare needs and the solutions our clients offer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultation and support to customers on pharmaceutical products.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
  • Contribute to the success of top healthcare brands by delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Science, or a related field (a MUST)
  • EU member state passport, a valid residence permit for Poland or student visa
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to multitask and tackle new challenges.
  • Passionate about healthcare and eager to deepen your knowledge in the medical field.

Package Details

Compensation & Benefits:

- Base Salary: from 7500 to 9000 PLN (higher salary in case of possessing pharmaceutical qualifications) gross per month
