About the job Polish-Speaking Content Moderator
Join our client, a global technology company providing mobility services, as a Polish-Speaking Content Moderator. As a key member of the Trust & Safety team, you will analyze escalated situations, conduct outbound calls, and leverage your analytical skills to ensure a secure and positive user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Review and assess escalated cases for policy violations or safety concerns.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, helpdesk, and live chat.
- Conduct outbound calls to gather evidence for investigations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with empathy.
- Handle complaints, provide solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain deep knowledge of services for efficient support and proactive suggestions.
- Make informed decisions based on analysis and established policies.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of customer information.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8-hour shifts plus lunch break) on a rotational pattern, Monday to Sunday, 24/7.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (B2 and higher).
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- In possession of EU passport or a valid residence permit for Portugal
- Available to work onsite in Lisbon on a rotational shift pattern
