Italian-Speaking Reservations Agent (Airline Company)

As an Airline Support Agent with fluent Italian, you will assist customers with inquiries related to our airline services through phone, social media, chat, and email. This position offers training and opportunities for growth in the airline industry.

We seek motivated individuals fluent in Italian, with strong communication skills both in Italian and in English (C2 level) and a positive attitude. Candidates should be computer literate, preferably with an ECDL certificate, and possess prior customer care experience (a must). Flexibility for scheduling from Monday to Sunday is required.

To be eligible, one needs to have EU member state passport or a Residence Permit for Malta.



This is a full-time position, 40 hr/week, Monday to Sunday, 07.00 to 20.00, rotational.
