We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused French-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our client's team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our French-speaking customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with their travel inquiries and issues.
- Provide accurate information on flight schedules, bookings, and airline policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the customer experience and improve service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary to ensure quick resolution.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in French (C1 and higher) and proficiency in English.
- EU ID or Romanian residence card
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role of at least 6 months is required
