Cross Border Talents is looking for fluent Italian speakers (C2 and higher) looking for their new opportunity in Lisbon and ready to join an exciting project for Ads support!
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Start Date: 17 July 2025
Full-time, 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day
Work Schedule: Ensuring 24/7, scheduled in advance in rotative shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound inquiries from advertisers and provide real-time support via phone, chat, and email.

Assist with campaign creation, optimization, billing, and ad performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues.

Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to overall client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate documentation of interactions in internal systems.
Requirements:

C2+level Italian
-
B2 English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

EU ID, Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, or valid visa (subject to verification)
Package Details
Compensation & Benefits:
- Welcome Bonus: EUR 2,000 (valid until July 31st, 2025)

Competitive Base Salary paid 14 times

Relocation Package:
If relocating from outside Portugal:
