We are hiring on behalf of our multinational client company, is a leading BPM, Technology and Digital Services and Solutions Company with a 100% focus on customer experience, operating 19 delivery centers globally, serving premier clients across travel, transportation, and hospitality domains.

As a French Customer Support Agent, you will be a key player in ensuring outstanding customer service within the hospitality sector. This role involves handling customer interactions primarily via email and phone, addressing queries and issues related to OYO home rentals.

Working mode: hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days remotely) Mon - Fri 09.00-18.00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via email and phone.
  • Manage communications with customers regarding home rental inquiries, reservations, and other account management issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in written and spoken French (C1 and higher).
  • Advanced level of English (B2 and higher)
  • EU member state citizenship or Romanian Residence Permit
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
  • Familiarity with booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
