About the job Polish Customer Advisor (with Cross Sales)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client located in sunny Greece! Would you like to work in Athens in a hybrid mode for one of the most known sports apparel brands?
As a Polish Customer Advisor with Cross Sales your responsibilities will be:
- Deliver timely, accurate, and professional customer service via phone, email, chat, and back office.
- Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Manage incoming calls and emails.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Profile - Nice to Have:
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Language Requirements:
- Native Polish
- English B2
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 19:00
- Saturday: 10:00 - 18:00

Package Details
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary paid 14 times
- Performance Bonus: 10% monthly performance bonus
- Meal Allowance: Meal voucher card: 3 per working day for the first year, 6 after 12 months
