About the job Workforce Optimization Assistant Manager
We are looking for a Workforce Optimization Assistant Manager for our client located in beautiful Mosta, Malta.

Project start date: June 28, 2024
Principal Functions:
- Assess current workforce capabilities and predict future needs
- Develop strategies for optimal workforce deployment and manage budget allocations
- Monitor and analyze workforce performance metrics
- Analyze and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, including leading the budget control module
- Collect and analyze workforce data to support decision-making
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Long-term capacity planning and budgeting
- Headcount planning and Customer Care budget control
- Perform monthly budget review and alignment with operations and finance
- Manage the capacity review process to identify headcount opportunities and gaps
- Manage budgeting forecasts for all client projects, communicate and submit department requirements
- Provide monthly reporting of Actual vs. Budget and handle budgeting reallocations
- Long-term capacity planning aligned with workforce needs to achieve business results
- Initiate optimization projects and workload reduction streams by challenging current processes
- Responsible for initiating monthly working hours for all business lines
- Validate invoices with Finance/Client and communicate with receivables team
- Track operational performance, flag deficiencies, and recommend actions to recover any losses
You will be reporting to Workforce Manager
Skills Required:
- Expertise in applying Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and reduce waste
- Strong change management skills to implement new processes and ensure smooth transitions
