Our client is a leading BPO company with a global presence, and they are expanding their technical support team in Lisbon. As a Technical Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting German-speaking customers with their technical inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent technical support via phone, email, and chat to German-speaking customers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to our products.
  • Guide customers through installation, configuration, and usage processes.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure timely resolution and follow-up to maintain customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken) with C1 (written and spoken) proficiency in English
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in technical support or customer service preferred.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone/email/chat/social/social messaging channels (as assigned)
