Political Ads Content Reviewer (Czech Market)

Cross Border Talents is looking for Czech speakers to join an international team that ensures the integrity and quality of political advertising content on major online platforms. Your Responsibilities:

• Review online political advertising content to ensure compliance with established policies.
• Analyze and assess social media posts, webpages, and advertisements for adherence to guidelines.
• Navigate and review images, videos, and text-based content for policy violations.
• Escalate policy breaches using internal tools.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards in your daily workflow.
• Participate in client meetings to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support additional workflows, products, or markets when necessary.

Offered:

• Training: A comprehensive 25-day training period (conducted in English) covering industry-specific tools, policies, and best practices.
• Contract:
  • Initial 60-day probationary contract, followed by a 12-month renewable contract.
  • Private health insurance provided upon contract signing.
  • Possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years.
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 18:00. Working on Sundays and public holidays is paid at 50% extra.
• Work Location: Modern office facilities in Lisbon, Portugal.
