Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 19:00 (rotating shifts)
- Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday)

We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support an advanced virtual reality headset designed for immersive gaming. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience for users across Europe.

Prerequisites:
- Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)
- Interest in virtual reality and gaming is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Porto
- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal
