Cross Border Talents is hiring on behalf of our client with offices in Braga. We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team in Braga, providing top-tier support for automotive digital services. In this role, you will assist customers through various communication channels, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Type of Employment: On-Site - Fixed-Term Contract (6 months), extendable

Start Date: 30th January 2025


Who Were Looking For:

- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

- Open to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including weekends and holidays

- Strong problem-solving skills and empathy toward customers

- in possession of EU member state passport/a valid residence card for Portugal/a JSV/expression of interest/certificate of temporary protection for refugees


Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries related to digital automotive services.

- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.

- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with the team to meet performance and quality targets.


Working Hours (40 hours a week, 8 hours a day)

- Monday to Sunday (24/7)

- Rotative shifts

- 2 rotative days off

Package Details

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary & Bonuses

- Basic Salary: EUR 870 (paid 14 months)

- Performance Bonus: EUR 80 (11 months)

- Position Bonus: EUR 20 (12 months)

Allowances:

- Meal Allowance: EUR 7.23 per working day (net)

- Transport Allowance: EUR 20 per month

Health Insurance:

- Provided from Day 1 of employment (employee contribution required).

- Fully covered after 6 months of employment.
