About the job Remote Travel Customer Advisor - German

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day / 5 days a week)
Shift: Mon-Sun, 08:00 23:00, rotational

As a remote Bilingual Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers in both German and English, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service and support. Your key responsibilities will include managing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records, all while adhering to company standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and record consumer inquiries/questions raised via free phone lines for customers in German and in English.
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer services database.
  • Handle and log client complaints in line with the company's complaints escalation policy.
  • Ensure all support calls and emails (where applicable) are answered and resolved within the agreed SLAs and logged appropriately.
  • Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training.
  • Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • Native/Fluent German language skills.
  • Good level of English (C1).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
  • EU member state passport of a valid residence card for Greece

Package Details

Contract and Benefits:

  • Permanent contract (office-based) or 6-month remote contract (from Greece).
  • EUR 1380 gross per month x 14 salaries.
