As part of this team, you will engage with high-level clients of one of Europes leading digital banks, offering savings advice and introducing innovative banking products with high returns.

Position Overview

You will provide excellent customer service via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, supporting the Dutch market with information about cutting-edge digital banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers on banking issues such as account opening, password recovery, transfers, and more.
  • Handle back-office tasks, including managing emails and WhatsApp communications.
  • Promote and offer banking products to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies regarding transparency, product, information (features, risks, etc.), and client protection.
  • Report and monitor any technical or operational anomalies in banking applications.
  • Maintain the quality standards and achieve the sales targets set by the organization.

Requirements:

  • Preferred studies in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Must have an EU ID or Spanish residence card
  • Must live in Madrid
  • Dutch: C1 level
  • English: C1 level
  • Strong customer orientation, empathy, and active listening skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical and able to acquire new knowledge independently
  • Commercial skills with a natural ability to engage and communicate with clients
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Team player with a proactive and results-oriented attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing and organizing tasks effectively
  • Adaptable to new technologies and flexible in dynamic work environments
  • Experience: Previous experience in banking is valuable but not mandatory



Package Details

Benefits:

  • 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week and 2 weekends off per month). Working hours: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
