Role Overview:

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions via phone, email, or chat. You will represent our company with professionalism and empathy, striving to exceed customer expectations and drive satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support our Dutch-speaking customer base while working in Sofia, Bulgaria on-site.

- Respond promptly to inquiries
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate information updates
- Keep documentation current
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide expert guidance and assistance
- Analyze and troubleshoot problems
- Evaluate and assess reports
- Offer comprehensive guidance and support


Requirements

- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.

- Fluency in Dutch, both written and verbal

- Working level of English

- Work experience in the travel, airline, hospitality or similar industry is an advantage

- Work experience in a customer experience center is an advantage

- Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
