Polish-Speaking Content Moderator Lisbon (onsite)

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining a safe and respectful online environment? We are looking for Polish-speaking candidates to join our client's team as Content Moderators and complement a dynamic team in Lisbon (Porto Salvo), working on one of the worlds leading digital platforms.

Your Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines
- Identify and escalate violations, sensitive content, or potential threats
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while working within set targets
- Ensure user safety and contribute to a respectful online space

Work Schedule: full-time role, 40 hours/week, 8 hours/day
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00
- Weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)

Location: on-site role in Lisbon (Porto Salvo), Portugal


Requirements:
- Native-level Polish and good English skills (B2 level or higher)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines
- Resilience and emotional maturity to handle sensitive content
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
