On behalf of our multicultural client in Bucharest we are looking for a motivated Customer Support Agent to join their team and deliver exceptional service to their Portuguese-speaking customers. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
  • Provide comprehensive information on flight schedules, bookings, and travel services.
  • Assist customers with booking adjustments, cancellations, and service requests.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and courteously.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

Working hours: shift-based, rotational pattern Mon-Fri: 11:00-20:00/14:00-23:00/ 15:00-00:00



Requirements:

  • Fluent in Portuguese (both written and spoken) and English B2 (written and spoken)
  • Valid residence permit for Romania or a EU member state citizenship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support is desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and various software applications.
