Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficient in providing support to users across diverse channels including phone, email, chat, and social media, general inquiries, and technical issues as assigned.
  • Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Dutch, or German (C1) with a strong command of English.
  • Authorized to work in Bulgaria (EU citizen, Residency Card in Bulgaria, etc.)
