Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

  • Assist with troubleshooting order-related issues.

  • Provide detailed product and service information.

  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.

  • EU nationality or valid work permit for Portugal.

Work Schedule:
