Remote German-Speaking Customer Care - Smart Lighting Devices

Cross Border Talents is hiring German speakers residing between Coimbra and Algarve for a remote project in customer care!

Start Date: March 13, 2025

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (CDD) 6 months, extendable

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Friday (including bank holidays)

- Rotational shifts between 07:00 AM and 07:00 PM

- Weekends off

Responsibilities:

- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat for Smart Lighting Devices

- Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, and general inquiries

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently

- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system

Requirements:

- Fluency in German (C1-C2 level) and good English skills (B2 level)

- Previous customer service experience is a plus

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must have one of the following valid documents:

- EU ID

- Portuguese Residence Card

- Manifestação de Interesse

- Job-seeker visa

Important Notes:

- This is a fully remote position within Lisbon, but relocation support is not provided.

- Candidates must be based in Coimbra to Algarve to be eligible.
