Your Responsibilities:
- Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) via chat, email, and phone.
- Convert email and chat inquiries into outbound calls to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Assist advertisers with post-sales inquiries and troubleshooting related to advertising tools and services.
- Identify trends and escalate issues as needed.
- Work with multiple tools and platforms to ensure seamless support.
Requirements for the Role:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Russian (C2) and English (B2 and higher), written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support, digital marketing, or a related field is a plus BUT NOT obligatory.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and provide clear guidance.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple requests efficiently across chat, email, and phone.
- Work Eligibility: Valid work authorization for Portugal.

Package Details
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Competitive monthly gross salary with additional allowances.
- Meal Allowance: EUR 7.00 net per day paid in a meal card (EUR 154/month, net).
- Holiday & Christmas Bonuses: Paid monthly as a percentage of the base salary.
- Holidays: 22 annual leave days, in accordance with Portuguese labor law. Compensation provided for working on public holidays.
- Relocation Package: Available for candidates moving from outside Lisbon.
Training, contract and working hours:
- Training: 15-day training period covering product knowledge, customer management, and tool navigation.
- Contract:
- Initial 12-month contract, renewable for another 12 months.
- Possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years.
- Private health insurance upon contract signing (subject to obtaining a NIF and Social Security number).
- Working Hours: 40 hours per week on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday, between 06:00 and 24:00.
- Work Location: Modern office facilities in Lisbon, Portugal.
