We are seeking enthusiastic individuals passionate about customer service and sales to join our clients' team as Telesales Representatives for the Italian Market in Lisbon, Portugal. 


As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, selling offers to customers, answering product-related questions, and identifying customer needs to close sales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a successful career in the telecommunications industry.

Start Date: May 2024

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Present and sell offers to customers, utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding product features, subscriptions, and services.
  • Understand customer requirements through effective questioning and actively listen to their needs.
  • Interact with customers to identify new needs and requests.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Learn about products and services and effectively describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with strong negotiation skills.
  • Meet performance targets in a fast-paced, target-based environment.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid EU ID/Passport/Residency.
  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and verbal communication skills).
  • Comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and handling customer complaints.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and effectively communicate their benefits.
  • Dynamic, sunny, and highly proactive personality with the ability to handle rejection.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Enjoy delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 19:00; Saturday: 08:00 - 17:00.
