Are you a Finnish speaker looking for a remote opportunity in Portugal? We're hiring on behalf of our client for the support of the customers of the most iconic global tech brands - from the comfort of your home!

Location: Remote in Continental Portugal
Contract: Full-time (12-month with renewal)

Start dates: July 14, July 21, July 28

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support Finnish-speaking customers with order-related issues (tracking, returns, payments).

  • Communicate clearly and professionally across channels (phone, email, chat).

  • Handle sensitive data responsibly and securely.

  • Escalate complex cases using internal tools and procedures.

  • Monitor and improve your own KPIs.

You have:

  • Native-level Finnish and strong English (C1).

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve efficiently.

  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Already located in Portugal OR willing to relocate for this opportunity (relocation help and housing allowance is offered by the hiring company)
