French & English Customer Support (Car Rental Project)

Location: On-site in Athens, Greece
Languages: French (C1) + English (B2+)
Work Schedule: MonFri, 10:0018:30 or 11:0019:30; occasional weekends

Role Overview:
Join a leading car rental companys support team and assist French-speaking customers with their bookings, billing issues, and general service inquiries.

Main Duties:

• Handle customer service queries in French and English

• Process bookings, resolve issues, and offer post-rental support

• Work on-site with a collaborative, international team

Requirements:

• EU citizenship or valid residence card with full market access

• Must be willing to work in Athens full time

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
